Food Freedom Program
For those who have a history of chronic dieting resulting in a poor relationship with food, self-criticism, being controlled by the number on the scale, low energy levels, and a feeling of trying everything to no avail. I help my clients to improve their relationship with food and themselves, escape diet culture, and understand how to eat to feel their best, so that they can feel confident and optimistic about the future, trust themselves around food, re-prioritize what is truly important, and optimize their health.
