The steps of my program are comprehensive and holistic to ensure your success. You will learn how to truly nourish yourself and what your individual needs are based on your lifestyle, health status, goals, and more. You will understand the impact that diet culture has on your viewpoint and why that can prevent you from truly being healthy. You will once again be able to trust and follow your internal hunger and fullness cues. We will create a personalized realistic and attainable diet and movement plan to assist you in your goals. Along the way you will learn about food and body neutrality, which will improve your relationship with food and your body.

3 Month Program to Optimize your Health using a Non-Diet Approach

This session is designed to provide you with reasonable and actionable steps in order to make immediate progress toward your goals. We will do an in-depth health & lifestyle assessment, discuss areas of concern and potential roadblocks. We will discuss overarching recommendations and set initial smaller day-to-day “SMART” goals to get you toward your vision. I will provide you appropriate literature so that you have everything at your fingertips to get started. You will leave this session feeling CONFIDENT & READY!

I am more than your dietitian. I am your cheerleader, your confidant and your support system. I will be there every step of the way to monitor progress, provide suggestions, and help you to overcome obstacles so that nothing stands in the way of your health goals.
